How to engage

Once you have found and qualified a prospect, the next step in the sales process is to engage.  From seizing attention in the first place to knowing how and what to say, we explore the numerous options to engage prospects and move them further towards the sale.

Once you have an engaged potential client, you need to consider how to close the sale and ask for the business. In this section we look at closing the sale and then handling objections.
