What is it?

An Animated Logo is a version of your logo that moves – it might spin, fade in, draw itself on screen, bounce, or even morph. It’s the same logo you already use, just brought to life with motion. You’ll often see animated logos at the start or end of videos, in email signatures, on websites, or in social media posts where a bit of movement helps catch the eye.

Why does it work?

It works because movement grabs attention. In a sea of static logos and content, an animated version stands out and makes your brand feel more modern, professional, and dynamic. Even simple motion adds personality and polish. It also helps with memory – people are more likely to remember a logo they’ve seen in action rather than just one they’ve glanced at.

How can you use it?

You can use your animated logo in videos, presentations, reels, website headers, onboarding screens, or even as a loading animation. Keep it short and smooth – around 2 to 4 seconds is ideal. You don’t need anything over the top – even subtle motion like a fade-in or a line drawing effect can make a big difference. And if you already have a logo, you don’t need to redesign – just animate what you’ve got.
