“YES” questions are “closed” questions which cause your client to answer positively.
There is nothing sinister here though.
The only reason your clients will answer yes to these questions is because you have taken the time to consider what matters to them and the problems they face.
You ideally need to have defined your target client and have a clear understanding of what you do for this to work, but this is designed as a template you can fill out whatever the level of clarity you currently have.
