What is it?

A key feature list is exactly what it sounds like – a list of the key, most important features for your offering.

Why does it work?

It works because it makes it as easy as possible for people to understand your offering and it also prevents assumption or exclusion as you are explicitly highlighting the things that will influence their buying decision.

How can you use it?

If you haven’t already, list out the core features (that your buyer will actually CARE about) and then create a simple graphic or use icons as in the example image to bring it to life.

This is a bit like listing out reasons why people should buy from you or work with you – it’s all about cutting to the chase and talking about what matters first.

Don’t forget that when talking about features, it’s important to talk about the benefit it brings by using the concept of “what that means is

For example – the feature of this page is it has lots of links to other articles, what that means is you will better understand this concept and why it works.



With Amazon listings, they often have individual images which highlight the individual features of each product.
