It works because, on the face of it, the offering seems to be free which is an attractive proposition.
How can you use it?
Depending on how you feel about it, you may need to tread carefully here as, for some people, it feels like you are being misleading.
IF you are comfortable however, you can experiment with bundling your fees and charges into other parts of how you get paid to leave the buyer with a “cost neutral” solution.
