Your buyers want to feel taken care of, cared for and that they’re in the hands of professionals. By updating your client throughout their process of dealing with you, you not only convey confidence, certainty and expertise, but you reassure the client as to where they are, what comes next and how long the process might take.

 

How can you use it?

Depending on your business and brand, consider documenting (and naming) your process and then sharing this with your clients. At each stage of the process you can use this graphic to update your clients as to where they are in the process and what’s coming next.
