What is it?

When you visit a website on desktop or mobile, everything you see before you scroll is the most important part and needs to be the most focussed and enticing stuff you could possibly create.

Why does it work?

It works because most people are lazy, short on time and/or disinterested. Many people will NEVER scroll on your site or click menus etc. What they see when they land could be ALL they see. As such, it needs to be the most important thing you want your buyer to see / do / buy.

How can you use it?

You simply need to decide upon the most important Call To Action  (CTA) for your visitors – just pick one – and then make this obvious, front and centre.

Example

This is a simple visualisation of what the whole of a webpage looks like, versus the rest of it that needs to be scrolled to.
