Providing specific and detailed instructions for solving issues is a great way to allow your buyer to take control of any urgent issues and keep the number of unnecessary calls and emails to a minimum.
Why does it work?
It works because it provides specific instructions based on real events and issues that your buyer might be experiencing.
I much prefer to solve an issue myself in the first instance, rather than call or submit a ticket as it means I can probably get a quicker resolution.
How can you use it?
You simply need to consider all of the issues your buyer may face relating to your offering and then give them step by step instructions on how to resolve each one.
